MOT  TRANSFORMATIONS


The children are OK, the dogs fine but you are worried about your partner who has been working too much, taking on extra shifts and feeling tired or complaining of physical aches and pains starting or lingering and causing muscular tension and problems straightening up.  The car has been MOT'd but what about you or your partner...?  When was the last time you had a check up and the last time you refused overtime so you could enjoy time with the family...?

It is not easy because it is geared up for pushing yourself and having to struggle for unless you do you will not get what you want.  This concept is outdated and re-enforces slavery.  Shackled to something that keeps you from enjoying the freedom to be who you truly are.  Their hold on you molds your character and once convinced or brainwashed it is difficult to clear that self doubt and fear that has been instilled in you in order to keep control of your working life.  They have already kept control of your first eighteen years now.  But when starting work you find there is a whole new yet basic concept of carrot and stick to encourage loyalty.

The children or partner is ill and you try to help them take time to mend or get well.  But struggle on yourself until your body says... NO...!  It might be too late for full recovery.  You may have a breakdown or suffer with depression with feelings of inadequacy and out of your depth totally unable to function as before or cope as you did only a short time before.

The GP is probably best person to go to first as you need to know what is wrong with you by way of diagnoses.  You may need short course of medication.  But don't be afraid to talk to your Doctor about the medication and any side effects or if there are alternatives.  All GP's should be able to answer their patients questions with reassurance and confirmation of best possible medication for presentations showing.  They will always send you to see a specialist if they suspect you may benefit from further investigation.  But they need to rule out what it is not.  This might mean a few trips to the surgery.  Always ask if you don't feel sure about medication or the experiences you are going through with symptoms.  Take note of when and where symptoms are most severe if changeable and if they keep you awake or cause you anxiety and keep in mind high levels of stress over a prolonged period may also result in physical symptoms.

Fine Tune Your Body...!  Don't worry and put off niggles about your health...!  If you have concerns act and put your mind at rest, for in many cases the stress has manifested physical aches and pains which are not life threatening and can easily be dealt with.  Get an MOT...!

Be in good spirit and share the feelings of joy and love that comes from within bringing peace to your troubled mind and allowing you to shine and encourage others to open their hearts to the possibility that we are all connected and having an experience, in fact sharing the experience.  Be the unique you that you are and allow others to be themselves.  Everyone will arrive at the state of consciousness as they awaken themselves through meditation, mentoring or self help and development because wisdom is at work and never sleeps it just needs to be tapped into for you to recall the perfection of it all.  The miracle of life and the acceptance that as a perfect being you arrived and gave up all knowledge to experience the journey which is what all humans do.  For there is no separation and we all contribute to the way things are.  And as to how we want them to be.

Be the change you want to be in the World. (Gandhi)  Book your MOT and put into motion your contribution instead of moaning and hating and finding fault.  Make the changes needed to enjoy the art of living and being a creative source of pure energy in motion conscious of the complete again.
